Objectives

The main objectives of Medical Informatics are to improve individual health, information systems in health care, public health, and clinical and biomedical research by providing an effective and efficient management of information and knowledge.

Within this context, the Master of Medical Informatics aims at training engineers and medical professionals in the following fields: representation, development and use of capture systems, analysis and access to patient health information, as well as secondary purposes.

The aim of this program is to enable graduates to use cutting-edge technologies which allow them to develop tools related to health knowledge management in an interdisciplinary and international environment and with renowned world-class academics.
